We operate out of a new, state-of-the-art facility with commercial-length bays, HD lifts, OEM tooling, EV safety gear, and dedicated programming stations. We opened one year ago, and customer demand has been overwhelming—so we’re expanding and adding technicians to our fast-paced, rapidly growing service department. We service Class 1–7 vehicles, motorhomes/RVs, and EVs; we support major fleets and national accounts; and beyond Ford, we work on all makes & models for our customers’ fleets. We’re also an Allison Transmission Certified service dealer. Our culture is professional, high-output, and technician-forward: strong parts support, clear authorizations, and leadership that removes roadblocks so techs can turn hours.

- Execute commercial & fleet work efficiently: PMs, DOT-style inspections, upfit-aware repairs, RV coach/chassis interface work, and warranty procedures
- Document findings with clear storylines, photos, and DTC snapshots; collaborate with advisors/parts to protect ELR and cycle time
- Follow all safety, torque, and high-voltage protocols; maintain a clean, organized bay
What You Bring
- Ford Certifications (Senior/Master preferred; high value on Power Stroke Diesel, EV/High-Voltage, Chassis, Electrical/Diag)
- Strong diagnostic ability with FDRS/IDS, wiring diagrams, and service publications
- Allison 1000/2000/3000/4000 experience a plus (we are an Allison Authorized service location)
- ASE Master/L1 preferred (company-paid pathways available)
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50+ lbs.; professional communication and team-first mindset
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Earnings: Competitive flat-rate structure with six-figure potential and uncapped bonus upside
- Ramp Support: Guarantee/draw during onboarding; filled schedule with established fleet volume
- Tools & Tech: New, state-of-the-art facility with OEM scan tools, HD lifts, commercial-length bays, laptop carts, and digital MPI
