At NIX Construction in Ogden, Utah, our Laborers are the backbone of every project. You won't be standing around watching work happen - you'll be in it, learning it, and helping make it happen. One day you might be prepping pipe, the next you're helping with equipment, and the next you're solving a problem nobody saw coming. That's construction. No experience? That's okay. If you show up ready to work, ask questions, and learn, we can teach you the rest.
