\n

• Location: Sunnyvale, California

\n

• Type: Full-time

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Design and implement beamforming and spatial-filtering algorithms (e.g., MVDR, LCMV, adaptive nulling) to suppress jammers.
  • \n

  • Apply statistical detection and estimation theory (Bayesian estimation, hypothesis testing) to jammer/spoofer detection, classification, and mitigation.
  • \n

  • Develop and validate countermeasures against commonly encountered interference types, including CW, chirp, and other structured/unstructured jamming and spoofing signals.
  • \n

  • Contribute to system-level architecture for next-generation resilient PNT products, evaluating trade-offs across HW, FW, and SW in close collaboration with RF and ASIC teams for low SWaP-C implementation.
  • \n

  • Build prototypes and drive them to measurable KPIs such as J/S performance across In-Band/Out-of-Band, Acquisition, Tracking, and Re-acquisition.
  • \n

  • Translate algorithm designs into production-quality embedded code alongside the software team, adhering to established coding standards.
  • \n

  • Contribute to advanced initiatives applying machine learning to jammer/spoofer classification and mitigation alongside classical estimation approaches.
  • \n

\n

    \n
  • M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • \n

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in GNSS, Radar, or RF signal processing, with direct experience in beamforming/array processing, anti-jam, anti-spoof, or interference mitigation.
  • \n

  • Strong theoretical grounding in statistical signal processing and estimation and detection theory, adaptive filtering, array processing
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience designing algorithms for real-world interference scenarios.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Python/C/C++ for algorithm development, with experience taking algorithms from simulation to hardware/embedded validation.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of HW/FW/SW boundary constraints, including ADC/RF front-end parameters, timing, and low SWaP-C feasibility.
  • \n
