Codeworks is seeking a TLM Tester with expertise in Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and Bloomberg AIM. This role will act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for initiatives involving CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM. Responsibilities include performing trade entry to support workflow testing, validating system enhancements, and troubleshooting complex issues related to trade execution and compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM initiatives.
- Perform trade entry across CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM to support workflow testing and validation.
- Analyze and document trading workflows, compliance rules, and portfolio management processes.
- Configure and maintain CRIMS modules (Order Management, Compliance, Portfolio Management) and assist with Bloomberg AIM integration.
- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Lead workflow testing, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade execution, compliance alerts, and data integration.
- Coordinate with Charles River and Bloomberg support teams for workflow changes, upgrades, and patches.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change requests.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Charles River CRIMS and Bloomberg AIM in a business systems or analyst role.
- Strong understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
- Experience with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in trade entry and workflow validation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- CRD training or certification in Charles River modules.
- Bloomberg AIM proficiency and experience with Bloomberg API or data services.

This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.All full-time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.This position offers flexibility and could be remote for the right candidate.
