You clock in to a clean, organized warehouse where safety comes first. Pre-shift checks on your powered industrial truck (PIT) are second nature. Pallets are queued, orders are flowing, and your focus is on precision—moving, staging, and stacking product so shipping and production stay on schedule. Whether you hop on a counterbalance forklift, reach truck, stock picker, or electric pallet jack, you keep product moving without a hitch.
What you’ll do
- Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment to stage, move, and stack inventory.
- Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and handling product with care.
- Complete daily equipment inspections; report any maintenance or safety concerns right away.
- Follow established safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep aisles, docks, and bays organized.
- Collaborate with teammates to hit daily shipping and production goals.
What you bring
- Proven forklift experience; some roles require stock picker, reach truck, or electric pallet jack experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret written and verbal instructions.
- Capability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable, team-first mindset with a strong commitment to safety.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is needed.
Pay, schedule, and location
- Location: Ashland, VA
- Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Shifts: Openings on both 1st and 2nd shift; day shift opportunities available.
