General Description
The Warranty & Inventory Order Coordinator is responsible for managing warranty order entry, Amazon shipments, inventory control, and warranty product processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting customer service functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines.
· Enter and process warranty orders with accuracy and efficiency
· Confirm and enter incoming After-Market customer orders
· Coordinate Amazon shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in labeling and packaging
· Communicate order status and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and customers
· Maintain documentation for warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies
· Maintain accurate inventory records, including item locations, stock levels, and part movement.
· Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
· Check in returned warranty parts and evaluate for repair, reuse, or scrapping.
· Repair warranty parts when feasible using basic hand tools.
· Support warehouse operations as needed, including lifting up to 60 lbs and following all safety
protocols.
· Serve as a backup for customer service inquiries via phone or email.
· Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex order or warranty-related
issues.
· Assist in improving internal processes related to order flow, inventory accuracy, and customer
satisfaction
· Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
