Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Computer Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve our organizational computer systems and workflows. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, recommend technology solutions, and ensure that systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both IT systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current computer systems, business processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance performance, productivity, and user experience.

  • Work with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to design system upgrades, integrations, and optimizations.

  • Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements.

  • Develop documentation including system requirements, specifications, and technical guides.

  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for future improvements or investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and application integration.

  • Proficiency with requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems documentation.

  • Experience with testing methodologies and change management processes.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
