Job DescriptionLHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our client's legal team on a long-term contract basis. This position will play a vital role in supporting attorneys with a wide range of corporate transactional matters, ensuring compliance, and managing legal documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of corporate law and procedures. What You'll Do:
- Maintain corporate records, including minute books, organizational documents, and stock records; preparing and filing annual reports and other compliance documents; assisting with entity formation, qualification, and dissolution.
- Assist attorneys with due diligence, drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate agreements (e.g., contracts, non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements), and managing closings.
- Track and monitor contract deadlines and obligations; assisting with contract administration and renewals.
- Remain up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations; assisting with compliance initiatives and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
Who You Are:
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Seasoned corporate paralegal, with 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Experienced professional with a strong understanding of corporate law, including entity formation, governance, and transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Highly organized individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $30-$45/hour

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
