A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist with a strong background in retail and long-term care settings. This role involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care in both community and long-term care environments.

Setting: Retail/Community Pharmacy
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper medication use.
- Manage and oversee pharmacy operations for both retail and long-term care segments.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer immunizations and provide preventive healthcare services as needed.
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Active Minnesota Pharmacist License.
- Immunization Certification.
- CPR Certification.
- PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload combining retail pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy duties.
