Company: Fast-Growing Multi-Regional Roofing Company specializing in residential roofing across IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, OH, SC, TX, and TN.
Position: Sales Representatives & Trainees – Receive daily company-provided leads, engage homeowners, conduct free roof inspections, sell roofing services, and complete sales paperwork. Canvass neighborhoods with aging or storm-damaged roofs to identify replacement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
▪ Roofing or home improvement sales experience; qualified trainees may be considered.
▪ Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners.
▪ Able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections.
▪ Reliable car or truck.
Your Day-to-Day Work
▪ Canvass neighborhoods with aging roofs or recent storm damage.
▪ Engage homeowners and identify roofing needs.
▪ Conduct free roof inspections (training provided).
▪ Explain roof repair and replacement options.
▪ Sell roofing services and complete paperwork.
Compensation
▪ Earn $100K–$250K+ (top representatives have exceeded this!)
