Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Change Management Lead to support a global Order-to-Cash transformation, including enhancements to Salesforce CPQ and the rollout of Workday Revenue Management and Customer Accounts. This role will own the end-to-end change workstream, driving stakeholder readiness, communications, training, and adoption across business teams.
The ideal candidate has experience leading change for Salesforce (preferably CPQ) implementations and can quickly bring structure, tools, and execution to a complex program. This person will also help establish scalable change processes for future releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full change management workstream for a global rollout
- Develop and execute change strategy (stakeholders, impacts, comms, training, readiness)
- Partner with business and program leaders to prepare teams for new processes and tools
- Create and deliver communications and training materials (live, virtual, self-service)
- Track adoption, risks, and readiness throughout implementation
- Support go-live and post-launch adoption
- Build repeatable change frameworks, tools, and templates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of change management experience in large-scale transformations
- Proven ability to independently lead global or enterprise change initiatives
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness
- Experience creating high-quality training and communication materials
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ (most critical)
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday implementation experience (Revenue or Customer modules a plus)
- Background in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops
- Experience supporting global rollouts and building internal change capabilities
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on change leader who can operate independently, bring structure quickly, and drive adoption across a complex transformation. Salesforce/CPQ experience strongly preferred.
