Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and concierge services, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries about the hotel, marina, and Boston attractions.
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in top condition.
- Work closely with colleagues from other properties in the collection sharing the same customer base.
- Process payments, handle invoices, and maintain accurate records in all of the inn and marina software.
- Cross-train to assist with marina and heart-of-the-house responsibilities.
- Assist with special guest requests, VIP services, and marina operations as needed.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is also a plus!
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most! We do provide full training!
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and handle busy shifts with a smile. :)
- Ability to sit and stand for periods of time, lift, push, pull and carry up to 20 lbs.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and deliver solutions with confidence.
- Shifts are between 8 AM to 6 PM. Occasional after-hours support required. Flexibility to work any day of the week with a rotating schedule, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
