Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a AI Healthcare startup in San Francisco. This is a permanent position on-site in NYC.

What You'll Do

• Own full stack product development from idea to deployment

• Work directly with the CTO to launch critical features in our patient- and clinician-facing apps

• Integrate real-time medical data, EHRs, and ML-driven treatment tools into seamless user experiences

• Push the envelope on frontier AI tooling (multi-agent systems, synthetic data, etc.)

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of professional full stack development experience

• You've shipped end-to-end features in startup environments (ideally as early hire)

• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and crave ownership

• Strong backend engineering skills; solid frontend experience is a plus

• Bonus if you're familiar with healthcare systems, or have worked with AI/ML tooling

Work Environment

• In-office 5 days/week in downtown San Francisco

• Optional 6th day (remote), typical hours: 9am–7pm

• Intense but rewarding-expect ownership, not micromanagement

Compensation

• Salary: $150K–$250K base

• Equity: 0.75%–3% (top decile equity offering)
