- Design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that introduce fundamental concepts (numbers, letters, shapes, colors and bible stories) through hands-on activities, stories, and play.
- Student Supervision

- Oversee classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Behavior Management

- Use positive guidance and early conflict-resolution strategies (such as Conscious Discipline) to help children manage emotions and build teacher and peer relationships.
- Organization and cleanliness

- Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately supplied classroom environment.
- Assist with basic caregiving tasks, which often include helping young children with hand-washing, meals, and bathroom/toileting accidents.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers, aides, and school administration to enforce state licensing and safety ratios
