Your expertise will be central in addressing a diverse caseload of elementary students, where responsibilities will span supervision of SLPAs, participating actively in ARDs, goal writing, evaluations, and providing direct and consultative services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), with CCC or eligible CFY status
- Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with ARD meetings, goal setting, and evaluations
- Strong preference for prior supervisory experience, especially supervising SLPAs
- Commitment to fostering supportive, effective communication strategies for children
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor SLPAs, ensuring quality support and professional growth
- Develop and implement individualized communication goals for elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive language and speech evaluations
- Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
