We are a growing real estate development company seeking an assistant property manager.
The Assistant Property Manager is tasked with the goal of maximizing NOI, providing superior customer service, managing the team and minimizing the risk to the performance of the property.

Job Details:
• Participate in the development of the property budget and maintain performance according to this budget
• Identify ways to improve property performance and service delivery to achieve increased NOI
• Oversee Maintenance staff and leasing staff
• Become an expert on local market competition and complete surveys of performance
• Attract residents by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current residents; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units
• Accomplish financial objectives
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving resident complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with vendors
• Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Education and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year management experience in Hospitality or Property Management
• Construction / rehab experience required
• Sales and business development experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Experience with Yardi
Compensation:
• $22- $27 per hour plus commissions. We also offer a great benefit program for qualified employees.
