Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Utilize provided leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions to provide informed advice to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating a knack for building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals, showcasing your drive and ambition.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly through provided training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage leads and client interactions efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
