We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential personal care and support to individuals in their homes. This role focuses on promoting clients’ comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being through dependable, respectful assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or needs to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans while respecting client privacy, dignity, and preferences.
