Job DescriptionAbout the Role Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Child Development Assistant to work one-on-one with autistic children using relationship-based, play-centered approaches. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided. What You Will Do 
<ul>
<li>Engage children in play and everyday activities</li>
<li>Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation</li>
<li>Follow individualized developmental plans</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with children and families</li>
<li>Write brief session notes and track progress</li>
<li>Receive coaching and supervision</li>
</ul>
Who We Are Looking For 
<ul>
<li>Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children</li>
<li>Experience with children required, autism experience a plus</li>
<li>Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>At least 18 years old</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
