Job Description TIG Welder Location: Landrum, SC
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Lunch: 1-Hour
Proman Staffing is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Landrum, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience welding both steel and aluminum, with a strong background in TIG aluminum welding and blueprint reading. Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Assist with fabrication and production tasks as needed
Requirements:
- TIG aluminum welding experience required
- Experience welding steel and aluminum
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
