Job Description
AppleOne is seeking an experienced HR Associate to support a busy HR department with high-volume seasonal recruiting. This is an immediate opening for someone who has hands-on recruiting experience and is comfortable conducting multiple interviews daily while managing candidates through the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct 10 or more virtual candidate interviews daily using Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare and send employment offers through DocuSign.
- Initiate background checks and coordinate pre-employment health screenings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity using Excel and internal spreadsheets.
- Use Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint to manage recruiting documentation and communication.
- Support a fast-moving seasonal hiring process with tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
\n

- Minimum 1 year of professional recruiting or HR experience that includes personally conducting candidate interviews. Previous interviewing experience is required.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or other blue-collar positions strongly preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume recruiting and managing multiple candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with SharePoint and DocuSign preferred.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and manage competing priorities.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Assignment Details:
\n

- Location: Redmond, WA. This position is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday. No remote or hybrid option.
- Applicants must currently reside within commuting distance of Redmond and be available to start immediately. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in start and end times.
- Temporary assignment expected to continue through December 2026, possibly mid-January 2027.
- Compensation: $24–$27/hour, depending on experience.
