Maintenance Technician (Dual Trade)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in both mechanical and electrical trades to join our fast-paced steel and heat treating facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic systems, servo drives, and robots, specifically Motoman with Allen Bradley PLCs. This role includes installation of AC/DC variable speed drives, basic fabrication, and mechanical tasks within a non-union environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Work with servo drives and troubleshoot robots using Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Install and maintain AC/DC variable speed drives.
- Perform basic fabrication and mechanical tasks.
- Conduct maintenance on machines such as hydraulic benders, tack/mig welders, and heat treat furnaces.
- Perform both electrical and mechanical work as required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Findlay, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
- Company does not work a lot of overtime (40-45 hours usually). If someone wants a lot of overtime, this is not the right fit for them. - Pay is a salary but hourly wage is computed based on 86.76 hours worked every two weeks. They get that pay even if they work less than that. Very rarely do they work more than that in a 2 week period. - Company offers a monthly bonus based on sales, quality, performance, overtime, and more. Bonus' have ranged from 10-40% of monthly income.
