Sales / Service Advisor
Weed Man Lawn Care – Billings, MT
Weed Man Billings is a fast-growing local franchise of the #1 lawn care company in North America, and we are hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join our sales team as Service Advisors.
This is an entry-level sales opportunity with paid training, commission, and a clear path to advancement. Our goal is to develop high performers into leadership and management roles within 1–2 years.

What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to current and past customers
• Handle inbound calls from new prospects
• Educate homeowners on lawn care programs and service options
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and service value
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
This is a phone-based sales role inside our office in Billings.
Schedule & Compensation
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (seasonal flexibility during peak months)
• Competitive Pay (DOE) + Commission + Performance Bonuses
• Strong earning potential for high performers
