Job DescriptionCommercial Real Estate Attorney
Established (60+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney in Washington, D.C.An established boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. with over 60 years in practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This attorney will handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate and construction disputes, and will be involved in all stages of litigation, including serving as first chair at trial. Offer:
Salary range: $200,000-$250,000, contingent on experience

10 years of experience in a real estate law firm.
Candidates must demonstrate significant experience handling commercial disputes, particularly in commercial real estate and construction matters.
Candidates should possess strong litigation management skills, including oversight of deadlines, filings, and multiple workstreams.
Candidates must have excellent legal writing and analytical abilities, with experience drafting motions, briefs, and written discovery.
Deposition experience and familiarity with large, complex litigation matters are required.
Portable business is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
The attorney will manage all stages of litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
The attorney will oversee litigation deadlines, filings, and multiple workstreams to ensure timely and effective case management.
The attorney will draft motions, briefs, and written discovery with precision and clarity.
The attorney will conduct depositions and manage complex litigation matters.
The attorney will work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
