Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: SeaTac, WA
Duration: 12 Months plus
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr on W2
Location: Pacific time zone required, hybrid preferred, open to remote
Summary
The Web Coordinator supports the digital optimization and website production team, reporting to e-commerce. As an individual contributor, this role manages incoming content requests, allocates resources, tracks approvals, and is accountable for content on company’s website launching accurately and on time.
Duties
Production management
- Oversees and coordinates digital content production projects collected from departments at company.
- Utilizes project management software to coordinate projects and ensure timely production. Leads the day-to-day workload plan of the digital ecommerce team. Works across departments to ensure collaboration in process development and supports continuous updates.
- Translates requests into business requirements. Provides timely responses to requesters to assess projects, provide status updates, define objectives, scope, identify resources, timeline, and other needs.
- Identifies opportunities to expedite project delivery.
- Responsible for real-time communication through every phrase of the project from inquiry/request to final deliverable. This includes gathering assets, facilitating feedback, consolidating edits for the team while disseminating information back to stakeholders.
- Contributes to prioritization.

Communication
- Maintains and shares ongoing knowledge of project statuses daily for transparency and production reporting.
- Works effectively with internal and external groups to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Schedules thoughtful meetings and reviews, takes clear and concise notes, communicates follow-ups.
- Monitors production flow of assigned work and identifies opportunities for process improvements. Identifies any possible timeline issues along with recommended actions for correction.
Required
- 1–2 years of experience as a coordinator, project manager, or related.
- High school diploma or equivalent and bachelor's degree
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening)
- Strong organization skills, deadline driven, and able to multitask in high-pressure environment.

- Interest in airline and travel industries
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Previous website experience
