JOB PURPOSE:The Stoe Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.
DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Maximize store sales.
- Connect store operations to NAPA's mission.
- Lead and coach retail team.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Drivers License required.
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to lead teams to achieve goals.
- Sound decision making skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
