We're a 3PL warehouse in Rockland County. We receive, store, and ship orders for brands. We pride ourselves on being the best at what we do, and we want people who hold themselves to the same standard. It's fast-paced work that takes high performers, and when shit hits the fan, it still has to get done right. No excuses.

There's always a lot going on at once. We want someone who gets excited by that, not intimidated.

We need someone who sees a problem and fixes it without anyone standing over them. If a delivery shows up wrong, don't just count it and move on. Find out why it happened and make sure it doesn't happen again. If you know your way around a spreadsheet, even better.

We don't care if you went to college, and we don't care if you've never worked in a warehouse. If you've worked in an ER, a slammed restaurant kitchen, or on a busy job site, you already know how to perform when everything's happening at once. We want people like that.

We can teach you the job. We can't teach you to give a damn.

Here's what we want:

• You can figure out things you've never seen before. Common sense, brains, and the drive to use them.
• You've been really good at something before. It could be anything.
• You've solved a tough problem on your own.
• You don't need your hand held.
• You show up when it's busy, not just when it's easy.
• You make the people around you better.

It's not easy here. We expect a lot, and some days run long. If that scares you, this isn't the job for you. No hard feelings.
