Position: Junior IT Administrator
Department: IT

Classification : Non-Exempt Exempt
Reporting Structure: Head of IT & SAP
Educational Background Required:
- Associates degree in the field of Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Training
- Teamwork and communication
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and security
- The ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and other IT professionals.
- Proficiency in operating systems, network management, and security protocols.
- Relevant experience in IT administration, including systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Global infrastructure support
- IT project management
- Creation of documentation and handover to the IT Business Service according to the instructions
- Implementation of new processes, software, hardware and solutions.
- Familiar with IT Ticket Systems is a plus.
- Adaptation, testing and recording of new software/hardware
- Guarantee an IT operation based on known solution models.
- Analyze, fix and document new types of malfunctions on user devices and IT
- Infrastructure projects with the help of colleagues and, if necessary, external service providers
- Operation and further development of all systems/applications within the subject area.
- Creation of IT system concepts (hardware and software networks, databases, operating systems, within the framework of a given strategy. Considering the development of the IT market and the system requirements of the specialist department
