This real estate sales is 100% commission based with generous compensation splits, low admin fees, a 5-level downline paying you 10% of company dollar for each level in your downline, and stock options. We are a lot like eXP was 7 years ago before the outgrew Keller Williams International and went public. There is no limit on what you can make or where you can take this. We love coaching people to become leaders, team owners, and successful business owners.

We are aggressively hiring area leaders for 6 Virginia areas, 5 Maryland areas and the District of Columnbia. Agent Partner must already have a real estate license or be ready to enroll in prelicensing classes now.

Area Leaders get 10% override of all licensees in their area from company dollar. MD areas include DC Suburbs, Eastern Shore, Southern Maryland, Northern Maryland and Baltimore Area. Virginia areas include Northern Virgina, Richmond Area, Tidewater Area, Central Virginia, Bristol Area, and Roanoke area. Area boundaries and counties depend on MLS and Board of Realtors coverage and may be negotiated as appropriate.
