Collaborative Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing State Supported Living Center team. If you're passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic achievement, social success, and lifelong confidence, we'd love to meet you. As a School-Based SLP, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality speech and language services that make a lasting difference in students' lives.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (where applicable).
  • Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals and service recommendations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
  • Provide consultation and classroom support to promote student success.
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.


Applicants must have:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply if applicable.
  • Department of Education certification or eligibility, if required by the school district.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education procedures.
  • Experience working with students across a variety of communication disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
