Our organization is in search of a dedicated and customer-focused Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst/All Source Analyst to become a part of our team in Springfield, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily investigations to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to intelligence, terrorism, and espionage threats impacting the supply chain, including programs, technologies, information systems, and facilities.
- Evaluate global threats, countries, and issues that may influence supply chain risk factors.
- Collaborate with the SCRM Program Management Office to align efforts on shared concerns.
- Execute the Software Whitelist Assurance Process analysis. Assess software and conduct threat evaluations of commercial entities and specific personnel prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control, and influence.
- Carry out Company Threat Assessments to pinpoint commercial ties to foreign threats affecting all missions and systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in Debriefings, Open-Source Exploitation, Digital Media Exploitation, and Collection Requirements.
- More than 5 years of experience in Intelligence Analysis and Production, including the creation of analytical products, Intelligence Information Reports, Source-Directed Requirements, Threat Briefings, and Request for Information Responses.
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing economic, environmental, and political strategies, investments, and organizational structures.
- Familiarity with intelligence tools such as DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to navigate and synthesize data from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases to create a coherent intelligence overview.
- Experience in developing clear and complex analytical products tailored to specific audiences with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience is preferred (a relevant degree may substitute for 4 years of experience).
- Experience in Joint Duty Assignments such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC positions.
- Previous support experience with DoD or Federal Counterintelligence elements.
- Completion of the Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training.
- Completion of the Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training.
- Completion of the Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training.
Clearance Requirements:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required, with the capability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
- Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access file cabinets, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues.
- Regular communication with coworkers, management, and clients is required, which may involve delivering presentations. Accurate information exchange is essential in these interactions.
