Responsibilities

- Analyze contracts, financial records, and operational data to identify discrepancies, risks, and cost recovery opportunities
- Review large datasets and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Partner with clients to understand business processes, objectives, and areas of concern
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather relevant documentation throughout engagements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables summarizing findings and recommendations
- Support discussions related to vendor compliance, operational improvements, and financial recovery opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative team environment

Requirements
\n

- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a business-related environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to work onsite in the Hunt Valley, MD area a minimum of two days per week
