<p>This every other weekend position would be the smiling face that provides friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests. </p>
<p>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist guests with details of their arrival and departure</li>
<li>Assist with entering group rooming lists and welcome materials</li>
<li>Assist in making individual reservations, accepting payments, and processing invoices/billing of reservations</li>
<li>Complete night audit procedures</li>
<li>Operate the Switchboard </li>
<li>Create and post signs for the Guest House</li>
</ul>
<p>What We're Looking For:</p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, computer, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>At least 6 months in an office or hospitality setting</li>
<li>Able to work every other weekend</li>
</ul>
