A national law firm with offices across the United States is seeking an Employment Attorney for its Phoenix location. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of legal experience, but the firm welcomes candidates with broader backgrounds who are interested in employment litigation.
This position is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys handling employment-related disputes and is motivated by advocating for clients. The role provides the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities within a supportive, collaborative practice group.
Ideal candidates are team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with limited supervision. Strong litigation abilities, persuasive writing and oral advocacy skills, solid research capabilities, and a strong academic record are essential. Experience with motions and discovery is beneficial but not mandatory.
Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona.
