About the Job

As a Certification Technician I, youll gain hands-on experience working alongside senior technicians while building the skills needed to independently certify critical HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, compliance, and customer confidence at every site you support.

What You Will Be Doing

• Certify and test HEPA-filtered devices and cleanrooms at customer sites
  Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations using specialized tools
  Communicate testing results clearly and professionally to customers
  Accurately record and upload testing data and documentation
  Work closely with lead technicians, dispatches, and management to support service schedules

What We Are Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
  12 years of customer-facing experience
  Valid drivers license with a good driving record
  Ability to travel domestically up to 60%

• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  Technical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
  Comfort using computers and Windows-based software
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
