Front Counter Assistant – Auto Repair
We can take care of customers today. Can you keep up?
We’re a high-performance auto repair shop looking for a front counter assistant who moves fast, communicates clearly, and keeps the shop flowing.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights. No weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls quickly (goal: 3 rings or less)
- Schedule customers same-day or next available opening
- Greet and check in customers efficiently
- Keep vehicles moving into inspection within 15 minutes of arrival
- Support repair orders, parts handling, and front counter workflow
- Communicate clearly with customers—no guessing, no delays

Compensation
- $20 per hour to start
- Potential to move up to a full time Service Advisor position
- High performers earn more. Period.
Requirements
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
