Salary: $60,000-$75,000

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Paralegal to join a respected Florida legal team known for its collaborative culture, high standards, and strong investment in employee growth. In this role, you'll be a key partner to attorneys, managing meaningful work across community association matters, banking-related actions, and bankruptcy proceedings.

What You'll Do
- Communicate professionally with property owners regarding outstanding balances and handle payment processing, payoff requests, estoppels, and related financial documents.
- Review association and client materials-including notices, ledgers, and supporting documentation-to ensure accuracy and readiness for legal action.
- Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents such as pre-lien and foreclosure notices, liens, complaints, foreclosure pleadings, stipulations, motions, affidavits, hearing notices, and final judgment packages.
- Assemble hearing materials, prepare correspondence for court filings, and support attorneys by ensuring all documentation is organized and complete.
- Conduct mortgage and satisfaction searches; prepare answers, affirmative defenses, and case-related motions for banking matters.
- Prepare bankruptcy filings including notices of appearance, proof-of-claim exhibits, and post-petition adjustment notices.
- Collaborate with team assistants by providing direction and ensuring accurate completion of supporting tasks.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within collections, foreclosure, real estate, or related practice areas.
