Maintenance Technician | Wayland, MI
Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Install, modify, and upgrade new production machinery and ancillary equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain operational readiness of plant facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems.
- Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Bonus Qualifications
- PLC programming experience (beyond basic troubleshooting)
- Welding and fabrication skills
- HVAC and refrigeration system experience
- Proficiency in CMMS/EAM system administration or advanced data analysis
