Custodian
WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Custodian to ensure the interior and exterior areas of all assigned work locations are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for office staff and visitors by performing various custodial tasks.

- The base hourly rate of pay starts at $20 per hour
As a Custodian, you will
- Clean and maintain all departments including but not limited to offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, stairwells, parking lot and all other operational areas
- Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispensers, countertops, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors; replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap
- Wash and disinfect all tables, chairs, kiosk, and floors; dust furniture and fixtures; wash fingerprints from walls, doors, hardware, and glass; clean and polish all stainless steel and chrome; routinely empty wastebaskets and garbage containers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entrances and exits of the building by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris
- Sweep and mop all floors
- Maintain confidentiality and respect private and sensitive information when cleaning in offices and desk areas of the office staff
- Represent the company in a professional manner when greeting and assisting office visitors/guests
- Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have 3 years of prior custodial, building maintenance, or general labor experience
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff, visitors, and other departments within the company
- Be fluent in English
- Be authorized to work in the United States
