Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with pre-qualified home sellers for listing consultations
  • Present pricing strategies and marketing plans to secure listings
  • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the selling process
  • Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and follow-up processes
  • Convert listing appointments into signed agreements
  • Deliver a high level of client service that generates referrals
  • Manage pipeline, appointments, and scheduling efficiently

Qualifications:
