Pay Rate: $20 $22 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Auto Mechanics / Service Technicians to join our team at several locations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have experience performing basic automotive maintenance and light repairs. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and services, including:

  • Oil and filter changes

  • Spark plug replacement

  • Brake services (pads, rotors, basic inspections)

  • Coolant and fluid refills (transmission, brake, power steering, windshield washer, etc.)

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Follow safety procedures and company service standards

• Accurately document services performed

• Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors or customers as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work efficiently to meet service time expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive service technician or lube technician preferred

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced shop environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Willingness to work at different locations as needed

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time hours

• $20 $22 per hour, based on experience
