Position Overview
We are searching for a Communications Coordinator to join our Washington, DC team. This position focuses on client communications, sales coordination, and relationship management rather than digital or media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Support sales and account teams in coordinating meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and service materials for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate communication logs, reports, and client records.
- Help organize and execute in-person meetings, events, or client briefings.
- Communicate with clients to confirm project details, timelines, and next steps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
