Key Responsibilities\n

Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to identify clients' social and emotional needs, focusing on their unique circumstances and challenges associated with hospice care.

Qualifications\n

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
