We're looking for a Store Manager who can cultivate a culture of care, collaboration, and growth. In this role, you'll take ownership of total store activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and internal audits.

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive store success and growth
    • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store goals with overall company objectives
  • Profitability and Financial Management:


    • Manage store budgets, including payroll, productivity, and other operational expenses, to ensure financial targets are met
    • Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs
  • Operational Excellence:


    • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits and policies



    • Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
    • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store
  • Merchandising and Sales:


    • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
    • Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, promotions, and inventory management
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals
  • Community Relations:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations within the local community, participating in and supporting community events and initiatives
    • Promote the store's community engagement programs and encourage team participation
  • Customer Service Excellence:


    • Create and maintain a culture of best-in-class customer service, promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers
    • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
    • Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience


    What you bring to the table:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a strong understanding of all store operations
    • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams


    S:$90,000-$150000
