<p>Job DescriptionLooking for experienced Maintenance Staff worker to do the following tasks (not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Light roofing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Siding&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plumbing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Electrical (installing light fixtures, outlets, etc.)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Insulation</li>
<li>Crawlspace work&nbsp;</li>
<li>Tree work&nbsp;</li>
<li>Landscaping&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Climb ladders&nbsp;</li>
<li>Walk and stand for more than 30 minutes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge of tools required.&nbsp;<br>Must have a valid driver's license.This is a full-time position (40 hours) per week. 30 minute lunch break. Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance, 401k provided by employer.&nbsp;</p>
