Job DescriptionMultiCraft Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) – Direct Hire

Pay: $29–$34/hr (based on experience) + OT available

Schedule: Night Shift | 2-2-3 rotation

Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Permanent

Bonus: End-of-year bonus + Double time on holidays

What you’ll be doing

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues (motors, sensors, relays, pneumatics, etc.)

• Repair/install facility equipment (air lines, lighting, basic electrical, piping, etc.)

• Support continuous improvement efforts and help keep operations running smoothly

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
