Elite 4 Trading Cards is a growing trading card and hobby store located in Gibsonia, PA. We specialize in Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, and other collectible card games. Our store hosts weekly events, tournaments, and community play while providing a welcoming and professional retail environment for collectors and players of all ages.
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to help support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to collectors, players, and new customers
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions
- Receive, organize, and stock inventory
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with shipping and online orders when needed
- Support store events, tournaments, and casual play nights
- Help answer product questions and recommend items
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in trading card games or collectibles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Pay
$16–$22 per hour depending on experience.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Event support may be required during tournaments
