Position Purpose
We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Concierge to curate unforgettable
guest experiences. The Concierge serves as an ambassador of both the hotel and the
city, offering thoughtful recommendations, arranging special requests, and ensuring
that every guest feels genuinely cared for.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized assistance with dining, transportation, entertainment, and
local attractions.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and cultural
institutions.
• Coordinate special guest requests, including reservations, amenities, and VIP
arrangements.
• Offer recommendations that reflect the character and spirit of Atlanta.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled with professionalism, discretion, and care.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Bell, and Housekeeping teams to anticipate and
exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
• Previous concierge or guest service experience in a luxury or boutique hotel
preferred.
• Strong local knowledge of Atlanta’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (HMS preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Second language is a plus.
