We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team in planning, organizing, and executing industrial projects. This role coordinates resources, documentation, scheduling, and communication between internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and municipal authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Assist Project Managers with project planning, setup, and site coordination
● Track project schedules, milestones, and task completion
● Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with the Resource Coordinator
● Support procurement activities, including material ordering and vendor follow-up
● Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, permits, and compliance records
● Serve as a communication liaison between PM team, customers, subcontractors, and
city officials
● Assist with site visits and field verification as required
● Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues
● Support close-out documentation and project turnover processes
Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in construction or skilled trades
● Associate’s degree in construction management, Project Management, Business, or
related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
● Self-motivated and able to work independently
Work Environment
● Combination of office and field work, including active job site visits
● Must be comfortable walking job sites and interacting with field crews
● May require occasional evening, weekend, or on-call availability based on project needs
