Position Overview: The Technical Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical positions, identifying and securing top talent across engineering and related disciplines. This role partners with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities also include supporting university recruiting programs and representing the organization at career fairs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating requisitions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and presenting qualified talent to hiring managers.
- Recruit highly skilled professionals for technical roles in RF, Microwave, Semiconductor, Antenna, and other engineering disciplines.
- Assess candidates' technical knowledge in areas such as RF systems, signal processing, antenna design, test engineering, and related technologies.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to gather hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process from initial screening through final selection, including interview scheduling, candidate preparation, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate candidate progression by conducting reference checks, recommending finalists, extending employment offers, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and deliver offer documentation, including compensation details, employment terms, and applicable incentives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to oversee pre-employment activities, including employment verification, background screenings, drug testing, and onboarding coordination.
- Represent the organization at university recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong pipeline of emerging talent.

Required Experience/Skills:
\n

- Minimum of 5 years of recent recruiting experience, with demonstrated success supporting engineering and highly technical hiring initiatives (electrical engineering experience preferred).
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within engineering, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, wireless technology, or related technical industries.
- Experience sourcing and hiring talent across disciplines such as RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, Microwave Engineering, Antenna Design, and technical manufacturing functions.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms, including professional networks such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical, business, and production-related roles.
- Experience supporting recruitment within engineering, technology, manufacturing, or related environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, anticipate recruiting needs, and take ownership of initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing multiple open requisitions and recruiting projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Demonstrated success in developing, nurturing, and maintaining talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience reviewing recruiting metrics, identifying trends, and improving hiring processes.
- Ability to effectively represent the organization at industry networking events, university recruiting activities, and career fairs.
- Working knowledge of employment regulations, recruiting compliance standards, and best practices related to hiring processes.
